解説：ミュオグラフィーという物体の透視による「実態風景」の探究と、芸術作品を通して観る人に心の投影として伝えようとする「心象風景」の追求は対義の意味を持ちますが、「視えないものを視る」、「観えないものを観る」というそれぞれの目的に向かって人々に期待と感動、喜びを届けるという壮大な世界を描こうとしているのだと思います。心の内で感じた喜びや希望、悲しみといった感情を心の投影として観る人に作品を通して伝えようとしています。また、作品「視」をただ「見る」という行為だけでなく、「視えないものを視る」といった感情を作品から「感じ」、「考える」機会にしていただければ嬉しく思います。
The exploration of the “real landscape” through muographic visualization of objects, and the pursuit of the “mental landscape” conveyed to the beholder through works of art, stand in contrast to one another. Yet, I believe that both aim toward the shared purpose of “seeing the invisible” and “seeing the unseen,” seeking to depict a vast world that offers people hope, emotion, and joy. I hope this work provides not only the act of “視 seeing” but also an opportunity for the beholder to perceive and contemplate the emotions involved in “seeing the invisible.”
