山崎教授が、2026年7月2日のThe 20th International Biotechnology Symposium and Exhibition（IBS2026）にて、乳酸菌の膜小胞生産を培養条件によって制御する技術に加え、菌体を活用して人工的に膜小胞を作製する新しい手法を発表しました。本成果は、乳酸菌由来ナノ粒子の機能解明や応用展開につながることが期待されます。
