「チェンジラボラトリー」は、「文化・歴史的活動理論」にもとづく「形成的介入」の具体的で実践的な研究法です。現在、それは、介入研究の革新的な方法として、国際的に注目を浴びています。そこでは、実践者と研究者が実践創造のための会合をもち、「活動システム」の潜在的な「矛盾」に立ち向かう対話・討議を通して、自分たちの仕事の実践を自分たち自身でボトムアップに変化させ発達させる「拡張的学習」が生み出されていきます。
このチェンジラボラトリーは、社会と私たち自身の未来づくりにとってどのような可能性をもっているでしょうか？ この問題をテーマに、とくに中国と日本の学校において教師たちとともに進められたチェンジラボラトリーを取り上げ、国際シンポジウムを開催いたします。
基調講演には、中国、華中師範大学心理学院の洪建中（Jianzhong Janne Hong）教授をお招きいたします。洪教授は、フィンランドで博士号を取得後、ヘルシンキ大学のユーリア・エンゲストローム教授がセンター長を務める研究センターの博士研究員、ラッペーンランタ・ラハティ工科大学講師を経て、現在は華中師範大学教授に就かれています。先生は、長年、中国における活動理論研究を第一人者としてリードされ、今回、基調講演でお話しいただきますように、中国で初めてのフルスケールのチェンジラボラトリーを小学校の教師たちと実施され、その成果を国際的に発表されています。

Jianzhong Janne Hong, PhD (University of Eastern Finland) is a distinguished professor in School of Psychology at the Central China Normal University, and a principal researcher at the Key Laboratory of Adolescent Cyber-psychology and Behaviour (Ministry of Education in China). His research interest includes new technology, learning and knowledge sharing activities, and innovative development in cross-cultural settings.

Teachers’ Concept Formation for Future-Making in a Change Laboratory: An Activity-Theoretical Formative Intervention Research in a Japanese Elementary School
Katsuhiro Yamazumi, PhD, is Professor of Education at Kansai University, Japan. He was a Program Officer of the Research Center for Science Systems, the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). He served as the Director of the Center for Human Activity Theory (CHAT) at Kansai University. Drawing on the framework of cultural-historical activity theory and its interventionist methodology, he studies historically new forms of educational activities as collaborative interventions in expanding learning so that learners and practitioners can collectively transform their activities and expand their agency for themselves. He received the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) “That’s Interesting!” Award 2013.
