関西大学大学院社会安全研究科では，英語のみを使用する博士課程（PDM: Ph.D. of Disaster Management Program）を2019年9月より開講します。PDMでは中国，韓国，インドネシアなどのアジア諸国から多くの研究者と学生の参加を得て国際シンポジウム持続可能な成長のための災害危機管理を開催しました。私も2011年福島原発事故における危機コミュニケーションと題する講演をしました。
PDM (Ph.D. of Disaster Management Program) was launched by Graduate School of Societal Safety Sciences, Kansai University on September 2019. PDM had “International Symposium on Strategy of Disaster Risk Management for Sustainable Growth” with many researchers and students from Asian countries, China, Korea, Indonesia, and so on. I made my presentation titled “Crisis Communication at Fukushima NPP Accident in 2011.”
