New Member Joined

Dr. Qing Liu from Prof. Baoquan Ding’s lab at National Center fro Nanoscience and Technology, China, has arrived in Osaka today. He will join our NEDO AI Co-creation project as a postdoc.

Prof. Dr. Masayuki Endo, the leading DNA origamist in Japan, today joined our lab as a Specially Appointed Professor. His office and the lab are on the 4th floor of Frontier Sciences Core (FSC).

A New Visitor

Jerry Yau Chun-khit from The Chinese University of Hong Kong has joined our group. He will stay with us for two months and conduct a research project on DNA origami and artificial molecular muscles.

Graduation and Degree Ceremonies

Kansai University’s Graduation and Degree Ceremonies were held last week. From our lab, 6 undergrads, 5 master course graduate students, and a Ph.D. student completed their courses. Congrats!

A New Visitor

Ankita Ray from Prof. Yoko Yamakoshi’s group at ETH Zürich is visiting our lab. She will stay here for two weeks to carry out photoreaction on our DNA nanostructures.
