We carried out a questionnaire survey on risk perception of Covid-19 Vaccine with total of 2,500 respondents in 5 areas of Japan, Osaka, Tokyo, Chugoku-Shikoku, Tohoku, and Hokkaido. About half of respondents answered that they will accept inoculation with the Vaccine, as same in the US and Europe. The female perceived it more negative than the male. In addition, we put questions about geological disposal of high level radioactive wast (HLW) on the questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
