20px\">2.\u5149\u96fb\u5b50\u30a2\u30b7\u30b9\u30c8CVD\u6cd5\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5316\u5b66\u5438\u7740\u6f64\u6ed1\u819c\u306e\u958b\u767a<\/h2>\n<p>We developed a new method of using photoelectron-assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD) to deposit perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricant on a diamond-like carbon (DLC) overcoat. PFPE lubricant in the vapor phase is deposited on the DLC surface of a magnetic disk with a bias voltage between the disk surface and a counter electrode above the disk surface during ultraviolet irradiation. The bias voltage accelerates the photoelectron emission from the DLC surface, and the photoelectrons partially dissociate the PFPE molecules in the vapor phase. The dissociated molecules then chemically bond to the DLC surface. In the experimental results, the PFPE molecules completely chemically bonded to the DLC surface at an approximately 100% bond ratio. An ultrathin PFPE\/DLC hybrid overcoat was produced as a monolithic film. This hybrid film exhibited a much lower surface energy than Z-tetraol lubricant film and a high water contact angle of over 100\u00b0. This tribocharge power generator has a simple structure which two types of tribocharging films on electrode are laminated by silicon rubbers. That generated the volume density of electric power of 94\u00b5W\/cm3 under the condition of 40Hz, 2G, and 55 kPa. This tribocharge sensor has the simple structure consisting of the silicone rubber, cupper electrodes, and two kinds of tribocharge films. The output voltages of tribocharge sensor and the acceleration sensor in rolling tire on the moving belt were compared. The positive output of the acceleration sensor was proportional with the second power of tire rolling speed. On the case of the tribocharge sensor, both of positive and negative pulse signals were observed. The negative pulses were observed at the moment as the sensor entered to the contact patch and the positive pulses were observed at the moment as that exit from the contact patch. Therefore, the tribocharge sensor was a self-generating sensor and generates positive and negative pulses proportional to the tire rolling speed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #df0101\">1\uff0e\u307e \u3048 \u304c \u304d<\/h3>\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\u3067\u306f\uff0c\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u7a7a\u6c17\u5727\u76e3\u8996\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\uff08TPMS\uff1aTire Pressure Monitoring
