 The exploration of the \u201creal landscape\u201d through muographic visualization of objects, and the pursuit of the \u201cmental landscape\u201d conveyed to the beholder through works of art, stand in contrast to one another. Yet, I believe that both aim toward the shared purpose of \u201cseeing the invisible\u201d and \u201cseeing the unseen,\u201d seeking to depict a vast world that offers people hope, emotion, and joy.  I hope this work provides not only the act of \u201c\u8996 seeing\u201d but also an opportunity for the beholder to perceive and contemplate the emotions involved in \u201cseeing the invisible.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
