We read together \u201c4.4 Complex Representation of Fourier Transforms – 4.6 Fourier Series (p48 – p63)\u201d from \u201cIntroduction to Spectral Analysis of New Earthquake Motions\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, each student gave a presentation on one paper from the \u201cThesis Challenge,\u201d which had been assigned since last week’s seminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The \u201cThesis Challenge\u201d is to read one thesis per day and summarize its contents on one slide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the reading of the textbook, many complicated formulas were described, and it was difficult to understand them just by listening to them once, so I felt it was essential to review them. \uff0e\uff0e\uff0e\uff0e<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the presentation session of the paper challenge, all the participants seemed to be overwhelmed by the questions from other members and Prof. Tobita after the presentation. \uff0e\uff0e\uff0e\uff0eHowever, everyone managed to answer the questions by using \u201cchatGPT\u201d and other tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
