The resulting Fe2O3 NPs were characterized using various techniques (e.g. TEM, DLS, XRD, XPS, FT-IR, XANES). The Fe2O3 NPs exhibited efficient catalytic activity for the hydrosilylation of alkenes, without the need for further additives.
